Exterior Shades and Awnings

Protect outdoor living spaces from sun, rain, and insects year round with automated patio screens!

We can help measure, select, install and program custom patio screens to add comfort to your outdoor spaces.

Side tracks are used to hold the screen taught from side to side.

Available fabrics include:

• UV & insect blocking screens
• Clear vinyl panels to shield your patio from rain
• Some hurricane-rated screens may be left down in high winds to protect structures

*Please see manufacturer's product and warranty information for exact specifications. For most exterior shades, we will program a wind sensor to automatically roll screens up to prevent damage when winds exceed 40mph.

Retractable awnings provide on-demand overhead shade to your uncovered patio spaces.

We can include optional LED lighting, or and an optional roll-down screen to add additional vertical shading to your awning.

Vertical shade additions can be particularly helpful for west-facing patios.

We also have the ability to source free-standing, metal pergolas with movable roof panels.

Roof panels consist of motorized louvers that can be opened or closed to protect you and your guests from both sun and rain.
