Annual Service Agreement

We offer proactive service agreements for our clients' integrated home systems.

Our annual service contracts consist of quarterly site visits where we dust off the rack, update software and firmware, and test all devices to ensure they are functioning properly.

Our aim is to proactively find and fix small problems before the homeowner experiences an issue, and to keep the system working smoothly over time.

*We can sometimes offer an annual service agreement for systems built by another integrator, if the system is assessed and deemed to be in a serviceable condition. In the case of a neglected or aging system, we may need to make some essential repairs or upgrades prior to initiating a service agreement.
